And she's walking

A few weeks ago Catherine started walking! It is SO CUTE.. with the exception that she keeps falling on her face. She looks like she has been in a few street fights. Poor girl. But, these pictures are adorable! (not that I am biased or anything)

Bronocos game

Chris scored three FREE tickets to the Broncos game the other night! Chris and I had never been before- though Brent had been a few times before. We had a great time hanging out and watching football upclose and personal... we were sitting five rows back from the end zone. The evening couldn't have been any better, the weather was perfect, the company was great and the seats were fantastic!Yeah, we were really close!

Power Wheels

Our neighbors, who have become dear friends of ours, have a power wheels. Whenever Trace (the 3 year old) is out driving around, Jonathan wants to hop in too! The other day, Trace and Jonathan were taking a break and Catherine wanted to experience the truck. Though, she didn't drive she had a blast sitting in it!

Stylin' in Sunglasses

The other day Catherine came upon Jonathan's sunglasses on the stairs. She thought she was hot stuff! Not that I am biased or anything... but I do think she looks pretty cute.

I have been so impressed lately how well the kids have been playing together. Every once in awhile Jonathan will take toys away from Catherine and she will fuss... but overall they have such a great time and keep each other OUT of trouble.

Visitors!

A few weeks ago we were blessed to have some very dear friends stay with us over the weekend. The first was my close friend, Julie and her family. Julie and I have been pregnant at the same times, in fact our due dates, both pregnancies we were within days of each other! She and her family are moving from the state of Washington to Nebraska. So, they stopped here for a long weekend to attend a wedding, see family in town and of course, hangout with us! We had a wonderful time eating meals, going on a double date, watching the kiddos play together and just plain old catching up.

The second of our visitors, in the same weekend, were William and Bridget. The last time we were able to spend time with them was last year, September, at their wedding. They, too, came in to attend a wedding. We had a wonderful time catching up and talking about babies, as they are due with their first child next month.
