Still helping me cook...
I thought that Jonathan's eagerness to help me cook in the kitchen would fade... but he is still going strong. Whenever I start to make something he pulls a chair over from the kitchen table and says "please! please!" It is the cutest thing! It makes it really hard to resist his "help!"

Horses!
Right down the street from our subdivision there are several horse farms. The other day we decided we would drive around to see if there was a horse by the road we could stop and observe. Low and behold there was ... Jonathan was EXTACTIC!! He was "neighing" the entire time.
Denver Museum of Nature and Science
While Chris was home for 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday we went down to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science with another family. We had a GREAT time... as did Jonathan.
Catherine hanging out in the stroller. She did GREAT!

Little prayers
Jonathan for the past several weeks has been attempting genuflecting when we attend church... it usually causes a few chuckles from people around us. The other night we caught him practicing both genuflecting and making the sign of the cross. It is pretty funny!
Emily
I wasn't able to take any pictures, with the exception of this one, while Curt and his family were here (being that I was so sick). This picture turned out really cute- so I am really glad that I have this one!
Emily thought it was funny to wear Uncle Chris's hat during snack time.

Sitting Unsupported
Catherine can now sit unsupported! She has a great time looking around and seeing things going on. It's pretty cute!

The Children's Museum
Last week Curt, Chris's next oldest brother, and his family were in Colorado for vacation. For a few days of their time in Colorado they stayed with us! It was a good time- with the exception that I was the sickest that I have ever been.
One of the days Chris and Curt took the kids to the Children's Museum... of which I was totally jealous! I have been wanting to go for months, but I was too sick to tag along. They had a GREAT time. The kids were great and really enjoyed the time of playing and exploring. The guys decided to be daredevils and kept the kids there for almost 4 hours! Good work, Chris and Curt!
Anyway, here a few picutres that Chris took.

Catherine eats rice cereal
For the past several weeks Catherine has been really fussy during our dinner time... so we thought that we would give rice cereal a try. She loved it! Every night since she has been devouring it- which is quite a difference from our experience with Jonathan.
